I like Webex because it is easy to work with.

In terms of improvement, every time I want to join a meeting on the web, I have to download an extension or the desktop app. It would be better if I could just join meetings directly on the web without extra downloads and steps. Simplifying this process would make things more straightforward and convenient for users like me.

I have been working with Webex for almost four years.

I would rate the scalability as a ten out of ten. It is most suitable for small to medium businesses.

I have used Microsoft Teams along with other solutions like Webex, and in comparison, Teams stands out for its seamless integration with Office 365. The compatibility with business needs makes Teams a preferred choice. While both Teams and Webex serve their purposes, the ease of use and integration with Microsoft's suite of tools make Teams a more convenient option for me.

The initial setup was not overly difficult, but it was time-consuming.

For those considering using Webex, my advice would be to explore automation options, especially if there is an outside team involved. Automating certain tasks can streamline processes and make using Webex more efficient. Overall, I would rate Webex as an eight out of ten.

We use this solution for virtual meetings including video conferences. I'm an IT programmer. 

The stability of the solution is the most important thing. I've used Teams previously and we had a lot of issues with stability. 

I'd like to see a modernized user interface, something a bit more colorful. In that sense, a solution like Teams is much better, it has a modern UI.  

I've been using this solution for two years. 

It's quite scalable, we've had large numbers on WebEx conferences.

We previously used MyMeeting which is more of a boardroom hosted environment where you can connect boardroom Polycom devices to a virtual cloud meeting room. 

I recommend this product and rate it eight out of 10. 

About 99% of the time, I use it for team meetings, regional calls, and screen sharing. I also use it personally to connect with my family, attend gatherings, and so on.

As compared to Zoom, I like its user interface more. It is much easier to use, and I also find it more stable.

The feature that I constantly use is the sharing of the screen, which is helpful when different teams are working on the same product. I also use the Slido plugin.

There is a small bug when it comes to connecting my Webex with my Outlook Calendar. Some meetings show up, and others don't. They should fix this bug.

I have been using this solution for five years.

It is stable.

It is scalable. I have a personal account. In our organization, everyone has an account on Webex. We have about 1,500 employees.

I haven't used their technical support.

It is straightforward and easy to install. You can also have it on your mobile app. So, you can use it from your phone or laptop. It is quite simple.

You don't need a technical person for installation.

I would recommend this solution to others. I would rate it an eight out of ten.

I have used Skype for Business previously.

The implmentation of Webex is simple. It does not a lot of time.

We no longer use Webex because we found Microsoft Teams to be more stable.

I am a reseller and use Webex to host calls with my clients and other associates within my enterprise.

I enjoy being able to make video calls.

I would like the next release to be more user-friendly.

The most valuable features of Webex are the depth of the tone and the quality of the picture. I find them better than Teams or Zoom.

Webex could improve the sharing features.

Everybody these days uses virtual meeting solutions because we're all remote working. It would be a benefit if there were permanent collaboration spaces for projects. For example, the way Teams has its teams folders and shared locations.  Webex is missing that feature, or maybe it has it and I'm not aware of it. However, it needs a permanent sharing location for when projects can get stored and can be a collaboration space as opposed to only a meeting space.

I have been using Webex since it was released, approximately 20 years ago.

The stability of Webex is good. I have a very good home bandwidth, the stability isn't an issue.

The biggest Webexsession I have ever done was with approximately 120 people, but typically the sessions are between 15 and 20 people.

I have used other similar solutions, such as Teams and Zoom.

I did not do the implementation of Webex. However, it took one or two minutes to be installed.

I rate Webex an eight out of ten.

Webex is my main mode of communication for meetings.

Cisco could maybe make Webex more integrated and compatible with other platforms.

I've been using Webex for quite a long time. It has been several years now.

The stream is very smooth. That's what I like about Webex. Other video conference solutions like Zoom sometimes freeze and get buggy, but Webex doesn't. 

Webex's Bluetooth functionality could be better. For example, I use Webex on my Android mobile phone and connect with Bluetooth. It connects, but I cannot speak through the Bluetooth microphone and earphones with Webex. It's always disabled. I don't know why. Also, if I want to pause my screen or mute my microphone, I have to go through several menus. I want easy access to that option. 

I have used Webex for around eight or nine years. 

Webex is stable.

It's hard to compare it to Zoom, but I like Webex a little better.

Webex is easy to use. Everything is pre-installed on my work computer by an IT guy in this company. He installs it by himself.

I believe we pay for an annual subscription to Webex.
