I think the solution is okay. It meets all of our basic requirements. It's easy to use.
The pricing could be improved.
I have been using Zoom for over two years.
It's stable.
The solution is scalable. We have plans to increase usage in the future.
We have never had a reason to contact technical support.
Installation is straightforward. It took less than 15 minutes, and you can do it by yourself.
There is a yearly license for this solution. I would like it if they offered better prices.
I would rate this solution 8 out of 10.
I would recommend this solution for someone who wants to start using it because it's easy to use.
I am working remotely with my customer and I am managing them over calls meetings on Zoom meetings. I have been constantly using the Zoom application and Microsoft Teams for my virtual conferences and customer meetings.
The most valuable features of Zoom are the screen blur and the background transition, which is great because we are working from home. Without this feature we would not have private meetings, they do not need to see what is happening in our background. The background transition is good with Zoom.
I have the ability to use Zoom on my mobile phone which is useful.
I have been using Zoom for approximately two years.
Zoom has been stable.
I am satisfied with the scalability of Zoom.
We have approximately 2,000 people using this solution. We have global branch offices and they all can use it.
I have not contacted the technical support from Zoom.
I have been using Microsoft Teams in parallel with Zoom.
We have a portal in my company where I can go and install the Zoom from a link. I can then can have access to the Zoom application and then we'll be able to use it for our internal purpose.
My company is using the paid version of Zoom.
We are more inclined to work with Microsoft Teams.
I rate Zoom an eight out of ten.
I use this solution mainly for meetings with customers and the occasional webinar/interview.
I like having the ability to annotate remote presentations, and it is easy for everyone to share.
The mobile version of Zoom could use some improvement. Right now, when you receive a call and answer on mobile, chances are that the connection will drop.
I have been using Zoom on a daily basis for the past three years.
This solution is stable.
This solution is scalable. I have a personal and company account. There are about one thousand users in my company that use Zoom on a regular basis.
I have not needed to contact support.
I have used Google Meet, Webex and Microsoft Teams - depending on if we set up the meeting or the client does. We always make our meetings on Zoom because we believe that it is the best option.
Webex, for example, collects a lot of information making it a long process to get into the actual meeting and occasionally requires updates as you are trying to enter meetings.
The initial setup was straightforward - much easier than all other options.
I would recommend this communications tool to anyone looking for affordable, easy to use, trouble free video communications.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
We are using Zoom in our company for internal and external meetings for customer presentations. Additionally, we use it for remote access.
The most valuable feature of Zoom is user-friendliness.
I have been using Zoom for approximately two years.
The stability of Zoom is very good.
Zoom could be more scalable.
We have approximately 40 people using the solution.
I have not contacted the support from Zoom.
I have used Webex previously. My organization's choice is to use Zoom and I am familiar with it.
The installation is of Zoom is very easy and user-friendly. The process can take a few minutes.
I can do the implementation myself. You subscribe and use the solution.
There is a subscription to use the solution.
I prefer Zoom to other solutions.
I would recommend this solution to personal users and organizations.
I rate Zoom a nine out of ten.
I use Zoom for any calls where there are more than two or three individuals required to talk and share screens. I also use Zoom for trainings.
The ability to discuss and share training content would be the most valuable feature of Zoom.
I have had small issues with the virtual backgrounds. I would like to see improvements with this feature.
I have been using Zoom for four years.
I have not had any concerns with Zoom.
I have not used it for a large number of people, but for the numbers we use the solution for, it has worked.
Zoom has always been my primary solution. I have used Google Meet a little as well.
The initial setup of Zoom is straightforward.
We install on our own, with one technical individual for deployment and maintenance.
As an organization, we are paying a license fee for Zoom. Personally, I use the free version.
Zoom is convenient and useful, I would recommend this solution. I rate it a 7 out of 10.
I use the solution for meetings with friends or catching up with friends.
There are also some events I go to, which use to be physical, and now are virtual. There's a public speaking platform, a public speaking course that I participate in called Toastmaster.
I also use the product for work calls with vendors or prospective clients.
I enjoy the background options on offer.
The initial setup is straightforward.
The solution is stable and reliable.
The scalability has been good.
The solution could be a bit more user-friendly. Microsoft Teams, for example, is easier.
The stability could be a bit better. I find Microsoft Teams to be more stable.
The security could be stronger.
I've been using Zoom for two years.
The solution is reliable and the performance is good. I've never had stability issues. It doesn't crash or freeze. There aren't bugs or glitches.
From what I have seen so far, the scalability is good. A company can easily expand it if they need to.
I've never directly dealt with technical support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they would be if you needed help.
I'm also using Microsoft Teams. I prefer using Teams, as I'm more used to it and I find it more stable, and also more user-friendly.
The initial implementation process was very simple and straightforward. It was not a complex or difficult process.
The initial setup was handled with the help of my IT team.
We pay a yearly licensing fee. We have an internal team that deals with licensing, and therefore I can's speak to any extra costs involved.
I'm a generic user. I don't have a business relationship with Zoom.
I am using a current version of the solution.
I would recommend them to use Teams for a professional setup, as it's more stable and more user-friendly. From what I understand, there are more security measures there, since it's a Microsoft product. I prefer that.
I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten.
Zoom is used day-to-day like a mobile phone, so you can connect with your audience or customer from the other side of the screen, though there's nothing extraordinary about it.
A voice chatting feature could be added to Zoom, and its screen sharing feature could be improved, though some users will find more value in these changes more than I would.
I've been using Zoom since the pandemic, so more than two years.
Zoom is very stable. There are times it isn't as stable, but that could be the fault of your internet connection, not the fault of the application.
Zoom is scalable because they offer different packages. For example, I'm paying for Zoom, particularly a professional license for one person. I only use the professional, personal license, but you can scale up for a team or for an organization and pay for a different license type or package.
Zoom is very easy to set up.
If I had to rate the cost of this solution with one being the worst and ten being the best, I'll rate it a ten.
I evaluated Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and GoToMeeting.
I'm a partner of UiPath. I'm an implementer and I'm also a user of some of UiPath's products. I don't have hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining, because here in Mexico, it is not the common. Not all companies have well-implemented ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft, so when you put or connect the process miner, you'll find nothing in the results. I know what a process miner is, but it's not very common here.
I have here Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism, but all the robots work the same, and the only change is the flavor. All the robots have the same capacity and the same level of trustworthiness. The only difference between UiPath and the rest of the competitors is that UiPath's first robot: the Attended Robot, is cheaper than other robots. Its price is the only real difference in the market.
I only specialize in RPA (robotic process automation).
I also use other tools, e.g. web meeting solutions such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I have an account in Zoom.
Zoom is deployed on-premises in our organization. It's on-premise: on every laptop and on every desktop.
My usage of Zoom is low, e.g. I just use it to talk with two or three people on the other side of the cloud. I have not used it for other purposes. I know it has a webcast or video webinar feature, and it's not common for me to use that. Other users may see the difference with using Zoom vs another application and be able to mention valuable features of Zoom, but in my case, I'm unable to. I also don't have any idea on what could be improved in Zoom.
I never had to call technical support.
My partner recommended Zoom to me, but when you have to talk or connect with other people, you'll always say to connect through Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or GoToMeeting. Zoom is recommended by everyone, though, and always comes out of everyone's mouth. Everybody knows Zoom.
My overall rating for this product is an eight out of ten. For its cost, I'll rate it a ten.
I haven't given much thought on how my rating for this solution could increase from an eight to a ten because Zoom's current use for me is just to connect with people and nothing more.
We use Zoom daily to connect with other people like our vendors and business partners.
Zoom is a very light application. It uses the network and has many features like the ability to record meetings, you can chat, and collaborate. The video conversation is very clear.
Platforms always require improvements. Zoom could be more flexible for individuals that do not have the economic capacity.
I have been using Zoom for four years.
Zoom is a stable solution.
Zoom can be scalable.
Zoom is very easy to setup, it is just a few clicks to make it run and work on the solution.
I recommend others use Zoom it is a good platform.
I would rate it a seven out of ten.
